I agree- it's more soulful as well. Add some jazz double bass and it'd be amazing.
But this version sounds too contrived and synthetic. Still, amazing cover.

hmmm... i really like yael's slower version of this but i like the one where she actually played the piano as opposed to synthesized sounds of this version... also in that version she seems to have more umph when she sings which gives it a more haunting melody |
