This video is in response to a question I received: "I've been very faithful and am over the induction flu, but now I don't have ANY energy. I slept great last night and I feel like I could lay down right now and take a nap. I'm not skipping meals, I'm taking a multivitamin, and am drinking loads of water. What can I do to get my energy back up?" My response to her was you are still early into the diet, so your body is still probably adjusting to the new diet. However, if you want to try something immediately, you might a couple supplements that worked for me. -- Check the video out for what they are -- http://www.vitaminlady.com/Art... http://www.raysahelian.com/ace... http://www.raysahelian.com/coq... http://www.bodybuildingforyou.... http://www.bodybuildingforyou.... http://www.mayoclinic.com/heal...

I buy centrum multi- (for men) and that brand does not iron in it. The reason for no iron is that one should be getting enough iron in your diet already with the red meat and protein intake. Too much iron isn't a good thing. If you feel drained, you might look at increasing your water intake or potentially acclimated to the diet. You may also want to look at the CoQ-10 (50mg) and L-Carnitine (>100mg) that I discussed in this video. Brand on these is not as important as the amount.

Sorry, I haven't tried that one yet, and I don't know anyone offhand who has. The CoQ-10 really helped when I first started taking it. I am not saying don't take the octacosanol. Let me know if it helps.
