Ron Paul in 1983 getting on their ass as usual about destroying our economy, currency and country - why, how and what was going to happen - and that at some point something has to be used that has real value and not this fiat paper money which is now nothing more than the ink and paper that it is printed on, and the only reason it has worked this long is because at one time it *did* have gold backing which created *confidence* which the dollar has been "coasting" on since, but is of course gradually losing it's momentum originally produced by the gold backing, losing confidence because of the removal of gold backing, which will at some point become *worthless* and that real commodities like gold, silver, CIGARETTES, coffee, herds, cattle, flocks, land, wheat, corn, beans, honey and oil will need to be used for money or as backing for MONEY again!!! SOME kind of backing and abolish this credit and debt-based currency and economy based on the "flexible currency" introduced when backing was abolished. It must again be based on PROPERTY and not just ink and paper.

Apparently the truth has an aging effect. Go Ron Paul - he's quite literally been saying the SAME THING for years and years.... The man is a political prophet; he sees everything coming decades ahead of time.

Ron Paul is the only sane politician left in the United States, we still have a couple of good ones. Why few have questioned this financial insanity for the last century I cannot fathom.

Did he come out of the womb telling us the truth? Why dont people listen? All you have to do is look around to confirm what he is saying. Our country has faltered. There was no action. Our country is on its knees. Still no action. We are allowing criminals to rob us of our money and freedom. Still, no action. Our government is doing nothing but harm. The time has come for we the people to replace the cowards and criminals in our government, throw the criminals in jail and disgorge thier assets.

American public is like a spoiled child with Attention Deficit Disorder. Ron Paul is not young enough, good-looking enough, telegenic enough, or slick enough to be POTUS. This is why Bush W. was elected - Americans were desperate for someone they could trust. Now, if we could get a candidate who has integrity and competent, things will be fine.

This was filmed in 1983 and applies more than ever today. Ron Paul is seriously a genius. His 1988 speeches about the rise of government are spot on what we're dealing with today. It's incredible he predicted things over 20 years ago that came true, more than ever.
