I would dedicate this song to the millions of people who have additive personalities and are in denial, gambling, drugs, alchohol, sex. And to those who suffer as a result including the individuals. Whilst in the grip of addiction we are institutionalised by it and its impossible to see the wood for the trees. The mad world is the mad world which we create for ourselves. The year is 08 there is no normal anymore and nothing on earth surprises me.

nono, i think it is: "don´t nobody know my troubles but god" but i might be wrong cuz my language its spanish and dont have a very great english level.
