Meat as the center of every meal has managed to slip its way so deep into our culture that most people feel they can't live without it.
Vitamin B comes only from animal based foods, but meat once or twice a week is sufficient. Going to the extreme, a completely vegan diet is better than steak at every meal. I prefer the middle ground, meat sometimes.
Don't do anything because someone on youtube said so, nor because the rest of society said so. Do your research and make your own choice.

well, diet sodas don't have the calories of normal soda, but they're still bad for your teeth because of the phosphoric acid. they're also unhealthy due to the plethora of chemicals in them. 1.5L is way too much in a day. i'd try to control your sister's intake if i were you. all the best. |
