Let's look up the word "ruler" next and see if the word "president" falls into the definition: Ruler: One, such as a monarch or dictator, that rules or governs. You are clearly a moron so this will be my last response. I KNOW 'Anarchy' is an English word, but the word and its meaning ORIGINATES from the Greek word and meaning. This is apparently, all 'Greek' to you anyway. I think you will find that a president, as head of state is a ruler. Ruler is a leader of a nation, one who rules. Besides there is more to anarchist principles than simply no rulers, so stop being a retarded dipshit and read a book other than quick fix, Fisher Price dictionaries.

I'll break it down for YOU. "Anarchy" is an ENGLISH word. We live in AMERICA where the national language is ENGLISH. When I look things up in a dictionary, I usually pull the one written in ENGLISH off the shelf. Since "president" is not defined as a "ruler", i guess, by YOUR definition, we already live in Anarchy. YOU remain in your passive little 'dictionary world' so I will BREAK it down for you with simple DIALECTICS. Some English words (and meanings) derive from other languages, such as Greek or Latin. 'Anarchy' derives from the Greek word 'anarchia, which in turn means "without ruler" (an, "without", arche, "to rule"). [Encyclopedia source] This is as stripped down as I can get.
