i hope for his sake that he wasn't because no one deserves that, but i kept seeing it online and i think it was mentioned on e! news once. from what i understand, his father seemed to be more mentally abusive than anything, but i wouldn't be surprised if it went beyond that. apparently he's a hardcore stage dad.

dear lord, you're horrid. the fact that you think cook deserved the title is your opinion and your entitled to it. i think that archuleta is a better vocalist, but neither deserved the title because i feel that they lack star quality. i'm entitled to that opinion.
you're wasting your own time by responding. i have nothing to prove to an ignorant tween, whether it be an actual tween or someone with the mind of one.

i actually don't know what they say about assuming and i honestly don't really care. But I just want to mention the fact that Cook did deserve the title because he took songs and twisted them and made them is own. A truly respectable task. Archuleta just had a good voice. And it ended there. He didn't have anything else to offer like Cook's uniqueness.
So instead of wasting your time and mine I suggest you stop trying to prove yourself because your pretty bad at it.

actually no, i'm not done. so you assume i'm not from america. don't you know what they they say about assuming? anywho, they both had sob stories going for them, one with the supposedly abusive father and the other with and ill brother, so i really don't think that was a factor. imo, neither one of them were worthy of the title. if you think about it, how many of the contestants are worthy of the title? for me, i'd say maybe only kelly, carrie, and daughtry.
so i guess you're done.

it doesn't matter if you think Archuleta is better 'vocally' because its called American Idol not 'Who's Better Vocally' because seriously Archuleta was cute and all but he is NOT an idol he acts like a kid whereas Cook had a charming mature personality.

yes, he's talented, but he's definitely not amazing. i just think that he was better than dc vocally. i think that dc fans are going to end up with a repeat of taylor hicks to perfectly honest. besides, it's been shown on the ths that people use automatic dialing systems, so less people could have voted for him than you think. obviously you were too busy hanging off seacrest's nuts to know that... |
