I was going to join the coast guard but got disqualified. Well, such is life - they are the most underfunded branch of service anyways.

its about coast guards having 2 different situations:
1- a sailor having no clue of his whereabouts
2- container ship having trouble with crossing bridge( bridge not folded + a crane at the side is not being pulled up ). So it's a gamble for the coast guard to find missing sailor, and gamble for ship's captain to go through under bridge
