i suppose its not so much between those two as it is that those are the two worst ones. i can watch both and be entertained, but FF..the corn factor was overwhelming. undiscovered country was awesome, no doubt. beyond awesome..it was spectacular haha. especially when i saw it in theatres as a kid.

Between Insurrection and Final Frontier for worst? Insurrection isn't half as bad as that turd Final Frontier. It's not exactly a masterpiece, but it's merely underwhelming for a movie. It'd make an average TNG episode. Final Frontier is an insult to the name "Star Trek". ;-)
(For the record, I vote The Undiscovered Country as best, then First Contact and Khan tied for second and third.)

Yeah, but he's no Captain Kirk!

agreed. but i think 1 is far better than people give credit for, its great. the worst is the final frontier, the one with spocks brother imo. between that and insurrection.

Nah, Wrath of Khan is the best Star Trek movie.

Not really, considering that the line is from Moby Dick. Best Star Trek speech is in All Good Things..., when Picard is at Q's courtroom.

"and he piled upon the whale's white hump, a sum of all the rage and hate felt by his old grace, if his chest had been a canon he would have shot his heart upon it"
One of the most dramatic speeches ever said in Star Trek.

The best Star Trek movie, by far.
