It certainly looks like I would never visit America again. How can American's allow the Constitution to be used as toilet paper? Now the President as authority to override Congress by simply labeling them enemy combatents.
Furthermore, it is amazing how America can be directly involved in the same tactics of countries such as Iran.

Keith Olbermann, knows about, cares about, the US Constitution about as far as I can throw him. No more so than Bush. The both mock and laugh at it's law of government. So sad.

The constitution allows the existance of the branches of Gov't. The President serves because of the constitution, by the definition you can not disolve the instument that gives you that authority with another law. In other words, they can say they suspend the constitution but then they also suspend the right to be in power.
