24/7 Policing: Round the clock cops halve crime

Crime in Fulham and Shepherd's Bush has fallen dramatically since a multi-million pound round-the-clock neighbourhood beat policing trial was introduced in April 2007. Latest figures prove that the two pilot schemes, in the west London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, have seen big falls in key crimes especially burglaries and robberies.
