No its not. Everything there is now was here even in the 50s. Robbers, prostitues, whore houses, people addicted to drugs, racism, gangs, rapist. The only difference is that its known more now because its on the news and stuff. And I know the street gangs aren't as intelligent as mafia. There are still organized crime now, Triads, Yakuza, Russian mafia, and stuff.
