Explanation of this accident is simple. See 0:18 for the evidence. The front right part of the car hit the pillar holding the gate and bent it to angle of 30-40°(this is the angle of the whole gate when the car hit it), which was right enough for lifting the car. The front right wheel might even run on the flexed pillar/gate and then a wall behind it, which would amplify the rolling momentum. It was a perfect combination of speed, approaching angle and timing. Impossible to replicate.
