Interesting, I live in Lima-Peru and I travel to the disaster area. Rahu and the Lagna are very close, in the same Nakshatra Satabisha. Lord of Satabisha is Rahu, the deity of Satabisha is Varuna, the epicenter always are in the sea (earthquakes in Peru).
The foundation of Pisco have Saturn in Acuario!!! This town was very damaged.

I actually made a mistake in this due to some confusion over the time. The rising sign Degree was actually about 8 Sidereal Aquarius, almost directly across the Stellium in Sidereal Leo.
