Well I think that Jupiter has a few main themes that are visited once or twice each time and can be pretty complex, supported and played by the whole orchestra. On the other hand, Mars has a few simple melodies that are repeated with the scaffolding of the bass side of the orchestra. To me, the former appeals more but that's my opinion. Mars is very powerful, while Jupiter is quite uplifting.
