That's cause it's the music director singing. he doesn't realize he has a bad voice. He usually picks some good singers, but he can't help himself when it comes to him singing.

The male voice does not match up in this song to Shreya's voice. I am surprised that someone with a better voice quality was not used for the male portion...dont get me wrong...nothing wrong with how the song was rendered technically, its the voice quality...
